Step-by-step Admission Procedure for the Preparatory Department of Kyiv National Linguistic University Admission to the Preparatory Department of Kyiv National Linguistic University is carried out through the Unified Interagency Information System of Ukraine (Study in Ukraine). Please, carefully read the steps below and follow the prescribed procedure. To be admitted to the University, an applicant must create an electronic user account through which an electronic application form is submitted for the issuance of an electronic invitation. The following documents shall be attached to the application: Electronic copies of documents must be uploaded in PDF or JPEG format and must be of sufficient quality for reading, data identification and document verification. The document confirming complete general secondary education / school-leaving certificate / certificate of secondary education, together with the academic transcript, must be translated and certified in the country of origin in the manner officially applicable in that country for such certification, including consular legalisation, in particular legalisation by the relevant diplomatic mission or consular office of Ukraine abroad. The University shall review the application for an electronic invitation within five working days of its receipt and decide whether to make an educational offer or refuse to provide such an offer. If the foreign applicant confirms acceptance of the educational offer, the Unified System shall generate an electronic invitation bearing the electronic seal of the higher education institution. The electronic invitation shall be valid for six months from the date on which the qualified electronic seal of the University is affixed to it. You must submit documents for a Type D visa to the Embassy or Consular Office of Ukraine. For this purpose, you must provide the electronic invitation number and apostilled documents.
